Heres some strange new stuff for ya. Sam Jinks is a sculptor who started out doing makeup effects for movies and T.V. and now his does his own art. They are what is called "hyper real" sculptures. That means they are made to look just like real people. What turned me on to this art is the fact that he is able to capture different emotions and points in peoples lives so stunningly that you forget you are looking at a sculpture. each one of his pieces tells a story in its own, whatever you make of it is what it is. It is open for interpretation. I found myself staring at some of his art for a long time, wanting to look away bt finding that I couldn't.
